All club members are welcome to register online. Once registered, your volunteer hours from service activities can be counted and accumulated so that you may achieve the President's Awards under your age group.

After you have submitted your membership application with a membership donation fee, you may fill out the following enrollment registration form online BY 12/31 of CURRENT YEAR (i.e. YEAR you are pursuing for this award). We will send you the enrollment information by email.

Congressional Service Award (CSA) is ANOTHER WAY to encourage everyone 14-24 to volunteer and gain leadership qualities. THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT TO APPLY THROUGH OUR CLUB, however, our club can be a CRITICAL RESOURCE IF PURSUING FOR THIS AWARD & YOU NEED AN ADVISOR/VALIDATOR.
